We are looking for an IAM Reliability engineer to support and automate identity lifecycle processes across platforms such as Omada, Ping Identity, Delinea PAM and Active Directory/Entra ID, while ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable access management.

About the job

As an IAM Reliability Engineer, you will deliver day-to-day operational support for IAM solutions while driving automation, self-service, and process improvements. You will work closely with System Engineers and Tech Leads to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and evolve IAM operations toward standardized, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities:

Provide operational support for IAM platforms including Omada, Ping Identity, Delinea PAM and Active Directory/Entra ID.
Identify manual operational tasks and convert them into automated or self-service solutions, reducing incident volume and response time.
Automate IAM processes such as Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) and access management
Support access reviews and ensure compliance with security and governance requirements
Participate in on-call rotations and resolve major incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation

About you

You are motivated by transformation and change, and this you combine with:

Experience supporting IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Ping Identity, Omada, and Delinea PAM
Proficient automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for building self-service solutions and improving efficiency
Experience with identity lifecycle automation, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and access provisioning
Understanding of role-based access control, privileged access management, and identity governance
Experience in incident handling, operational support, and change management in enterprise environments
Highly skilled at documenting runbooks and operational procedures
