Enterprise Architect @ Nuuday - Copenhagen

As an Enterprise Architect with Nuuday, you will define and enable Architectural Governance practices and create and maintain a full overview of and strategy for the technology landscape – including platforms, vendors, and partners.

You will report to the Head of the Architecture department, a team of experienced Enterprise and Domain Architects who work closely together with the IT Strategy department as part of the CTO Office in Nuuday Technology. The Architecture team plays a key role in executing on Nuuday Technology’s strategy and has high visibility across all levels of the organization.

The role is based in the Nuuday offices in Copenhagen. Note that since your work might involve privileged information about critical infrastructure, you must be able to pass 3rd party security screening and/or formal security clearance by Danish authorities if relevant.

Your Job
Your primary focus will be to guide and manage evolution and transformation of the IT stacks across all business areas, ensuring that Nuuday Technology meets its goals and adapts to changing business and technology environments. As an Enterprise Architect, you serve as a change agent and role model for internal Domain Architects as well as Solution Architects from vendors and partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

•  Perform review and provide guidance for solution architecture in projects and programs.
• Facilitate architecture and operating model analysis and recommendations for executive data-driven decisions.
• Enable architectural decisions to be made on time with no delay in projects and programs.
• Design and maintain target enterprise architecture blueprint and roadmaps (including AI adoption) with adequate depth, innovation, and pragmatism.
• Manage roadmap based on ongoing discoveries and evolving business decisions.
• Take on interim roles such tech lead and stream lead in major projects and programs.

Keys to succeed in the role will be to

•  Create and maintain high levels of transparency and engagement with all stakeholders – both within Nuuday and with our vendors and partners.
• Ensure good communication and continuous alignment of prioritizations and expectations in a complex business environment with many different targets.
• Use data and facts to drive decision making, and act with integrity and honesty to create trust in your role and Technology as an advisor to the rest of Nuuday.

Your Experience

•  You have extensive experience with enterprise IT architecture, ideally as part of a Telco ecosystem, with knowledge of industry-specific best practices. Your experience includes:
• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and architecture patterns
• Ability to drive and coordinate process, data, and technology discussions
• Experience from working on transformation projects that span multiple organizations and business units
• Certification in Open Group and TMForum frameworks
• Experience in using EA tools and governing artifacts
• Academic credentials on bachelor or master level from university
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
