Maternity Cover: Human Resources Coordinator at T5 Data Centers 

 

Location: Remote 

Department: Human Resources 

Position Type: Maternity Cover (Full-Time) 

Duration: 1 year, with possibility for extension 

Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by managing payroll, onboarding, HRIS administration, internal communications, and employee lifecycle processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for people to contribute to the development of an engaged and thriving workplace. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Administer and process payroll accurately and on time. 

· Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation. 

· Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. 

· Support the administration of employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related programs. 

· Coordinate HR documentation and administrative tasks, including bookings, scheduling, and record-keeping. 

· Drive cultural development initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities. 

· Develop and manage internal HR communications to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

· Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

· Previous experience in HR coordination, administration, or payroll is strongly preferred. 

· Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. 

· Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. 

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. 

· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach.
