Student Assistant - R&D Innovation

Job summary

This role involves supporting the ideation and early innovation processes within a research and development team at a MedTech company. The position offers hands-on experience in transforming ideas into tangible concepts and managing an ideation platform.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., business, innovation, engineering, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms; familiarity with ideation management or innovation collaboration tools is advantageous
• Interest in innovation and early-stage product development processes
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ideation platform (NOSCO), including setting up and managing idea channels and campaigns
• Assist colleagues in utilizing the platform through onboarding and troubleshooting
• Plan and execute idea campaigns from mobilization to pitching
• Contribute to process improvements and refine templates and workflows
• Provide research, analysis, coordination, and support for various projects

Skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English; Danish is not required

Education

• Currently studying in a relevant field
