Job summary

This is a temporary student position within a Digital Academy team focused on enhancing digital learning experiences. The role involves creating engaging content and supporting various learning initiatives for colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and design skills for creating engaging content and learning materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable with facilitating training sessions and workshops.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.
  • Interest in digital technologies and trends, such as GenAI and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver visual and written communication across internal channels to promote Digital Academy offerings.
  • Co-facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning materials and journeys.
  • Support planning and execution of learning activities, including logistics and participant management.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve the visibility and engagement of digital learning.

Skills

  • Creativity and proactive approach to content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education

  • This position is intended for students, requiring approximately 15 hours of work per week with flexible scheduling around exams.

Tools

  • Canva or similar design tools for content creation.
  • Microsoft 365 suite for communication and collaboration.
