Student Worker, Data & Digitalization

Are you eager to work hands‑on with data strategy, governance, and communication in a real‑world setting? Would you like to gain experience supporting strategic decision‑making and contributing to Stibo Systems’ transformation toward Vision 2028 and a scalable SaaS operating model?
We’re looking for a Student Worker to join our Data & Digitalization team and help drive structure, clarity, and coordination across our Data Strategy and Data Excellence Program.
 

Join our Data & Digitalization team

You’ll be part of the Data & Digitalization organization in Aarhus, working alongside analysts, data engineers, architects, and application specialists. Our team is responsible for the company’s Data Strategy and Data Excellence Program — key strategic enablers that support governance, scalable applications, integrations, and trusted data products across Stibo Systems.

As the world’s largest independent MDM vendor, Stibo Systems is modernizing its data and application landscape to enable a future‑ready SaaS business. This role gives you direct insight into how that transformation is governed and executed.
 

When joining us, you will

• Support preparation and follow‑up for our Data Strategy SteerCo, including collecting inputs, assembling pre‑reads, and documenting decisions.

• Help maintain and update documentation such as KPI blueprints, governance materials, and release notes.

• Assist with communication activities, including posts on Viva Engage and updates on SharePoint.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of our ways of working, including using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for drafting, structuring, and summarizing content.

• Help maintain structure in Jira and other collaboration tools across program tracks.

• Support our Analysts in creating high‑quality data products in Microsoft Power BI and related documentation, leveraging an AI‑first approach.
   

We are looking for someone who

Are structured, proactive, and curious about data and digitalization.

You:

• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Are enrolled in a Danish educational institution.

• Have excellent communication skills and a detail‑oriented approach.

• Are comfortable reaching out to colleagues to gather information.

• Bring an AI‑first mindset and enjoy exploring tools like Microsoft Copilot.

It’s an advantage if you:

• Have experience with Jira or similar tools.

• Are familiar with Microsoft Power BI.

• Have experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools for coordinating information and communication.
