Do you want to work with modern UX processes and shape how a global design team works behind the scenes? Are you passionate about structure, systems, and the tools that make great design possible?

We are looking for a Design Operations Intern who will help us elevate and streamline our design workflows across Stibo Systems.
 

As an intern you will
Become an essential part of our UX team, not just observing, but actively shaping how we work. You’ll be involved in meaningful internal projects that directly impact efficiency, quality, and collaboration across our product teams.
You will:
  • Work on strategic internal projects to improve the efficiency of the UX team.
  • Help build and maintain our Design System architecture in Figma.
  • Support the adoption of new AI‑enhanced workflows (e.g., Figma Make) by creating documentation, starter guides, and internal onboarding materials.
  • Create in‑Figma templates and tools for the team (e.g., user journey maps, changelog templates, process components).
  • Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining our design libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and high quality.
     
This role is a great fit for someone who wants to gain experience in Design Operations and Design Systems, core skills that are increasingly in demand in modern product organizations.
 
Who we are looking for
You’re someone who naturally thinks in systems, patterns, and structure. You love improving processes, organizing complexity, and making tools more intuitive for others to use. You’re curious about how design teams work efficiently, and how AI can make them work even better.
You also have:
  • A strong interest in Design Systems and Design Operations.
  • A systematic and structured mindset - you enjoy organizing chaos.
  • Curiosity about the intersection of design and AI.
  • A relevant education, such as Digital Design, Interaction Design or similar.
     
What you will gain

  • Figma
  • Storybook
