As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll support early-stage recruitment by sourcing talent, coordinating screening calls, and ensuring our data and processes are up to date. In this role, you won’t just observe—you’ll get your own LinkedIn Recruiter license and learn how to use industry-standard tools to find and engage top talent. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and make an impact in a global tech company.
In order to be eligible for this position, you need to be enrolled in a Danish education. This is an unpaid internship.
This is the role and main tasks
You will own key recruiting tasks while also supporting data integrity and process governance across our TA function. You’ll learn how recruitment works end-to-end, from building pipelines to improving compliance, while developing hands-on skills that will set you apart in the job market.
More specifically, you will:
Leverage your own LinkedIn Recruiter license to source and engage candidates for live openings
Support early stages of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing across platforms, CV screening, and occasional screening calls
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process and excellent candidate experience
Maintain high data quality in our ATS and recruitment reporting, ensuring compliance and process accuracy
Assist with audits and process updates, ensuring we follow best practices globally
Participate in TA projects focused on analytics, process improvement, and efficiency

You’ll be part of People & Culture in the Global Talent Acquisition team—a collaborative, high-energy group passionate about building outstanding hiring experiences for candidates and managers. You will work out of HQ in Aarhus, where we are more then 8 P&C colleagues.
