The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping their technical architecture. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success, designing scalable solutions that meet complex legal workflows while maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Europe, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a talented, mission-driven team.

What You'll Do

• Design and architect scalable, robust solutions that power our AI-driven legal platform
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Guide technology decisions and establish architectural standards and best practices
• Work closely with product and client success teams to understand user needs and deliver exceptional solutions
• Mentor engineers and contribute to our growing technical culture
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, particularly in the AI/ML space

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Strong experience with Python and Django for backend development
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for modern frontend architectures
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex, scalable systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and integration
• Background in legal tech, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements
• Experience scaling products from startup to enterprise level
