Our client is an innovative tech start-up based in Copenhagen, using AI to solve a real problem in their market, and doing it in a way that's turning heads. They've built something that genuinely works, they're growing fast, and they're looking for someone to grow with them.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days maintaining someone else's decisions. You'll have real ownership, real autonomy, and a front-row seat to what it looks like when a start-up makes a serious dent in its industry.

The role

You'll be a senior voice on a talented AI team, working across the full ML lifecycle, from shaping how data gets annotated through to model training, evaluation, and production deployment. Day to day, you can expect to:

• Refine prompts and tune hyper-parameters to get the most out of retrieval and generative AI systems
• Work closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to shape what gets built and how
• Have lots of ownership and autonomy over the product and it's direction.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years building machine learning systems, with a strong focus on NLP
• Python fluency and the discipline to write clean, production-ready code
• Hands-on experience with LLMs at scale, prompt engineering, AI agents, the lot
• A solid grasp of LLM evaluation, hallucination handling, context management, and conversational AI
• A natural curiosity, you form hypotheses, run experiments, and actually learn from what you find
• Strong written and spoken English
