1 Hotel Copenhagen is centrally located at the intersection of the city’s vibrant Latin Quarter and its historic heart; it will feature 282 rooms including 30 suites.  With a Green-Michelin-starred Chef at the helm, the property will also feature locally sourced, seasonal cuisine as eclectic as the city itself at the signature restaurant and bar. Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, connected with the natural world in the property’s urban garden complete an on-site bee hotel, or embark on an adventure, exploring Copenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike.   

As a Server, you’re more than just the person taking orders, you’re a key part of the guest experience and the vibe of the restaurant. You bring genuine, warm hospitality and know how to read the room, making each table feel relaxed, seen, and welcome. With a natural sense of rhythm, charm, and style, you help create an atmosphere that’s effortlessly cool but never pretentious. You know the menu inside out, offer real recommendations (not just the script), and work closely with the team to keep service smooth, upbeat, and memorable. 

We are looking for both On Call and Seasonal servers running from March/April through October, with the possibility of extended work based on operational needs and performance.

About you… 

• Experience with delivering authentic, attentive service that feels personal. 
• Experience with taking orders, serving food and drinks. 
• Creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You are able to read the energy of the room and adapting your tone and service style accordingly. 
• Maintaining clean, well-set tables and ensuring all details are in place before and during service 
• Knowledge of the full food and drink menu with the ability to offer genuine, tailored recommendations. 
• Working in close collaboration with the kitchen and guest relations teams to ensure a seamless, personalized experience 
• Skilled at creating small, meaningful interactions that make guests feel welcome and cared for. 
• Handling special requests, dietary needs, or guest concerns calmly and effectively. 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while keeping the guest experience front and center. 
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
