Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, connected with the natural world in the property’s urban garden complete an on-site bee hotel, or embark on an adventure, exploring Copenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike.
As a Front Desk Clerk at 1 Hotel Copenhagen, you’ll be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests, making check-in/check-out smooth and seamless, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You'll support the front office operations with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency while working closely with the wider team to create an exceptional stay from start to finish. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping people, we’d love to hear from you.
About you…
Previous experience in front office, guest services, or a similar hospitality role is highly preferred.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; confident handling guest interactions across all channels.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel is a great asset.
Familiar with check-in/check-out procedures, reservation systems, and handling cash and card transactions.
Comfortable using standard office equipment and hotel management systems to manage bookings and guest records.
Calm and composed in high-pressure situations, including emergencies or peak hotel activity.
Proactive in addressing guest concerns and finding effective, guest-focused solutions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in guest requests, billing, and room assignments.
Collaborative by nature, working well with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Enthusiastic about providing personalized service and enhancing the guest experience with thoughtful touches.
Aligned with sustainable hospitality values and motivated to contribute to eco-conscious initiatives.
Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
