Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, connected with the natural world in the property’s urban garden complete an on-site bee hotel, or embark on an adventure, exploring Copenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike.  

As a Bartender, you bring energy, precision, and hospitality to every shift. You’re passionate about crafting quality drinks and creating a warm, welcoming bar experience for every guest. Whether you're mixing a classic cocktail or recommending a signature creation, you approach service with confidence, speed, and attention to detail. You thrive in clean, well-organized spaces, and know how to maintain high standards behind the bar while keeping things running smoothly. Your knowledge of ingredients, strong communication skills, and natural sense of hospitality make you a key part of the guest experience. 

About you… 

• Experience with preparing and serving beverages that meet high standards of quality and presentation. 

• Skilled in mixing cocktails using a wide variety of spirits, bitters, syrups, fruits, and fresh ingredients. 

• Knowledge of classic and signature recipes, with the ability to memorize and consistently execute them. 

• Providing excellent customer service, whether through direct guest interaction or supporting the wait staff. 

• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized bar area throughout the shift. 

• Well-versed in restocking and maintaining inventory of all bar essentials including spirits, glassware, and garnishes 

• Handling guest orders and payments accurately, issuing bills, and closing checks properly. 

• Able to assess guest preferences and make tailored drink recommendations with confidence. 

• Following all food and beverage hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. 

• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
