Sourcing AI Analyst

The Sourcing project is one of our most strategically important IT initiatives, aiming to consolidate and leverage procurement data from all our European business units. By doing so, we empower our teams to negotiate with suppliers based on facts, trends, and insights—ultimately driving better commercial outcomes.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sourcing AI analyst to join our Sourcing team. Your main role will be to understand the business pain points and communicate this knowledge to the AI developers in our team. You will create user journey maps, you will develop features with the development team, and most importantly you will validate the tools before launches and ensure roll out and adoption with our change management team. This is a unique role where you will act as business representative, ensuring that we both purchase and develop the right solutions to the right problems.

The position is perfect for an ambitious, driven individual with a passion for enabling our sourcing organization to be the very best sourcing channel in Europe. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of how category management is conducted in our industry.

You will be the driving business force within these areas through collaboration

• Business AI portfolio overview and roadmap
• Create ‘buy vs. build’ business cases
• Super user in our AI tools
• Collecting and analysing business pain points to create ‘what does good look like’
• Ensure that we evaluate new AI opportunities to business pain points
• Test and validation of new tools / features
• Create and facilitate roll out plans, adoption journeys, change management & hyper care plans
• Ensure continuous development and usage monitoring
• Conduct regular reviews and feedback loops regarding products to ensure they meet business needs continuously

Professional/Personal qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role such as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Sourcing Manager,
• Category Manager
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work
• Effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience with user journey mapping
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, like Chat GPT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; you can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities in a
• Fast-paced environment
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine curiosity and passion for AI
