Do you want to elevate and expand the value of STARK Group’s ServiceNow platform? (Viby J)

As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will drive the day‑to‑day configurations and turn operational needs into a robust, scalable platform. You help shape how ServiceNow supports processes, automation, integrations and service insights across multiple countries and business units.

 Your Role and Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Specialist, you become a central part of our SIAM team in Group IT Operations, where you help define how ServiceNow supports daily operations across the entire STARK Group. You work hands‑on with the platform, transforming business needs into well‑designed solutions, stable processes and intuitive user experiences. You collaborate closely with our other ServiceNow Specialist, with external consultants, and with the wider SIAM team to ensure that our setup remains reliable, scalable and continuously improving.

In practice, you will:

  • Design, configure and enhance ServiceNow modules and automated request flows – ensuring that our environment reflects both best practice and operational reality, often in close collaboration with external specialists.
  • Perform and support Incident, Problem and Change Management – analyzing root causes when issues arise and driving solutions that strengthen the platform long‑term, not just quick fixes.
  • Support platform changes and upgrades, ensuring new features and improvements are introduced smoothly, without disruption, and in line with best practice.
  • Manage and maintain integrations, ensuring that connections to systems like Microsoft Intune and Defender run reliably, securely and consistently.
  • Create dashboards and reports that translate platform data into clear insights for IT Service Owners and other stakeholders – providing the transparency that guides informed decision‑making.

Your Professional and Personal Profile

You are an experienced ServiceNow practitioner with strong hands‑on expertise in configuring and administering key modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request and CSDM/CMDB. You pair your platform knowledge with analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset, making you a trusted partner across teams and business units.

You bring:

  • A solid understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Change and Request Management, which are deeply embedded in our workflows and daily operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, enabling you to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and continuously improve workflows and data quality.
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills, making it natural for you to work with business units, process managers and IT Service Owners in a structured and collaborative way.

Welcome to Group IT

By joining Group IT, you become part of our digital transformation journey as we replace legacy monoliths and transition toward a modular, flexible and integrated setup. Group IT, a dynamic and rapidly evolving part of STARK Group, delivers group‑wide, business‑critical IT solutions. Our goal is to modernise and reimagine the IT landscape to ensure scalability and composability for both current and future business needs. We invite you to help us rethink how things are done in our industry and deliver an extraordinary experience for our customers.

Are you ready to turn platform potential into everyday impact?
