Drive Quality and Reliability Across STARK Group’s Digital Transformation
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to lead the testing agenda in STARK Group IT. In this role, you will shape how we validate and secure our digital solutions - ensuring that every release delivers measurable business value, stability, and performance. You will be the quality lead in a complex, international IT organisation and a trusted partner to our development and DevOps teams.
As part of our digital transformation journey, you will play a key role in embedding testing into every stage of the software lifecycle - from requirements to release. You will help shape how we build, test, and release software that supports our international business and drives measurable impact.
Your Impact – What You Will Do and Deliver
In this role, you take ownership of the testing strategy across STARK Group IT. You will be part of our dedicated QA team of five Test Managers, collaborating closely on methods, tools, and continuous improvement. Together, you’ll work hand in hand with DevOps, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers in the projects you support - ensuring alignment, shared goals, and successful delivery. Along with the team you ensure that quality is built into every solution and that testing is tightly integrated with development, design, and deployment.
You are successful when, within your first year, you:
Beyond these goals, you will own the end-to-end test lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and release management. You will lead performance, scalability, and stability testing, and ensure that every release meets business expectations.
This role can be based in both Aarhus (Viby J) or Frederiksberg (Copenhagen).
