Staff Product Designer (Remote)

Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles.
• 2-3 years of experience at a Staff or Principal level, demonstrating ownership of complex projects.
• A strong portfolio that highlights user-centered design and its impact on business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and design tooling, showcasing leadership in the field.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering.
• Proficient in UX practices, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with growth, lifecycle, or onboarding design tools is a plus.
