Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is part of Spirax Group, a FTSE100 and FTSE4Good multi-national industrial engineering Group with expertise in the control and management of steam, electric thermal solutions, peristaltic pumping and associated fluid technologies.

We’re looking for talented Sales Engineers who are passionate about consultative sales, technical selling, and building long-term partnerships to register their interest in future opportunities across EMEA. Roles are fully remote (home based), with around 60% travel across a region. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow customer relationships within your assigned territory or market.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing) to ensure a great customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and ways of working.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong customer-first mindset with a consultative approach to selling.
• Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or a related B2B role.
• The ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions clearly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation and pipeline management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Due to the nature of our business, additional EMEA language skills are highly beneficial.
