Technology Solution Architect

Your role

As a Technology Solution Architect, you play a key role in ensuring our technology is safe, current, and aligned with future business needs. You will work closely with Product Teams, Business Analysts, Developers, and other Architects to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions in an agile environment.

You will be part of the Strategy, Risk, Architecture & Portfolio team, while also supporting Product Teams on a part‑time basis. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you balance long‑term architectural direction with just‑in‑time delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing and owning end‑to‑end solution architectures in line with target technology architecture
• Collaborating with Product, Business, and Development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Leading design reviews, impact assessments, and architectural decision‑making
• Ensuring alignment with architectural principles, standards, and best practices
• Providing guidance on development approaches, technology foundations, and non‑functional requirements (e.g. performance, resilience, security)
• Supporting agile delivery through MVP and just‑in‑time design, balancing speed with quality and risk
   

What are we looking for?

We are preferably looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in solution architecture or a similar technical leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
• Solid understanding of agile product development
• Experience designing end‑to‑end solutions across multiple systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
   

I’d be nice that you have:

• Experience working with architecture frameworks and design patterns
• Knowledge of service‑oriented or microservices architectures
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and product teams

Your development

Within 3 months, you’ll:  

• Be onboarded and become part of the global architecture community.
• Gain understanding of the complexity of your product area.
• Support/work on specific designs supporting the 5-year strategy.
    

Within 6-12 months, you’ll:

• Understand the short- mid- and long-term impact of your expertise and advice.
• Can be the go-to-person for technology driven business enablement.
• Deliver roadmap-defining input, technology advice along with robust designs.
