Job Description

As a key member of the CRM team, the Customer Journey Manager will play a vital role in evolving and optimizing our CRM activities. This position focuses on enhancing existing customer journeys while suggesting and implementing new segmented, value-adding journeys. In this role, you’ll support the team in transforming CRM from a channel-centric activity to a holistic approach that maximizes customer retention across all touchpoints.
