The Impact You’ll Make in This Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Manager (Norway) to support our marketing activities within Dental Solutions. Reporting to the Nordics Marketing Manager, this role offers a strong opportunity to develop your marketing expertise while contributing to impactful initiatives across the region.

As Norway Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with diverse and innovative teams globally and make a meaningful impact by:

  • Analysing data to guide the team toward the most significant growth opportunities

  • Leading demand generation activities by identifying opportunities and leveraging key local platforms for end-user communication

  • Implementing and activating marketing programs, campaigns, and new product launches in alignment with local regulatory and legal requirements

  • Influencing area teams by providing insights on local market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and trends

  • Defining and managing the local marketing calendar, including campaigns, events, and promotional planning, and ensuring flawless execution

  • Supporting sales, clinical, and channel teams, including demand planning and coordination with compliance, regulatory, and legal functions

  • Developing and leading the social media strategy in collaboration with the EMEA team across Nordic countries

  • Collaborating internally with local and regional stakeholders and externally with agencies, channel partners, and customers in an international environment

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Interest to develop a strong Marketing Leader – no previous job experience is needed

  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Norwegian is mandatory

  • Excellent collaboration, coordination, and communication skills

Additional qualifications that would be an advantage

  • Passion to be a team member

  • Strong analytical skills with innovative and strategic thinking

  • High level of autonomy and proactivity

  • Solid problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills

Work location:  Norway

Work Type: Hybrid - preference to attend 1-2 days onsite, at local office.

Travel: up to 10% travel within region (in line with business requirements)

Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
