SimCorp is on a mission to modernize the private markets ecosystem for institutional investors and at the core of the software engineering for Private Debt, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to drive the growth of our area by making fast and high-quality hires followed by a well-designed and perfectly executed onboarding for the new hires. This is about scaling up our current engineering success in software engineering deliveries as well as team engagement level.

Engineering Managers are leading these teams, and they are key to our success. We are building and evolving Private Debt, a high-priority project for SimCorp right now and we are expanding the area to meet increasing client demand and deliver more outcomes.
