  • Implement automation, standardisation, and digital tools to build a scalable, efficient finance consolidation operation.

  • Monitor and improve key operational KPIs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.

Leading role in a Major ERP Implementation

  • Serve as a senior leader and owning the Consolidation tool, when we change our ERP implementation (Workday to SAP).

  • Partner with Technology, Data, and Business teams to design and deliver best‑practice end‑to‑end finance processes.

  • Ensure post‑go‑live optimisation, stabilisation, and long‑term system adoption.

Build, Lead & Develop the Team

  • Via a team of experienced controllers, lead the team and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations including data from the finance service centre located in Manila and our regional controllers based globally at 14 offices.
