You will lead our internal IT support team consisting of 2 employees while also managing our IT environment. In this role, you will play a central part in the administration of our corporate IT infrastructure and management of our locally hosted IT infrastructure, to ensure that our networks and systems operate optimally. You will collaborate closely with our other IT administrators and the support team to efficiently handle cases in our ticketing system.
