Responsibilities

• Transform design briefs into LEGO products that align with age complexity, audience appeal, play value, and storytelling.
• Lead and master the processes and tools involved in LEGO model development.
• Mentor others in model development methods and best practices.
• Visualize and sketch ideas for potential products and facilitate team ideation.
• Collaborate with various design disciplines and internal/external partners.
• Contribute positively to team culture and inclusivity.
