Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer or Developer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6
• Proficiency in React
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library or Enzyme
• Ability to transform abstract concepts into functional software
• Experience in building scalable web applications with a focus on performance and API design
• Leadership experience in implementing and maintaining large front-end applications
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accessibility and user experience
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead development on significant projects and engage in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products
• Provide feedback and suggest solutions during product development
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the team’s domain from both product and engineering perspectives
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the shared codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business challenges
• Participate in team activities such as support rotations and hiring processes
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance
• Propose and implement platform improvements
• Design interfaces with a focus on performance, accessibility, and API design
• Innovate engineering workflows to enhance efficiency
