• Ensure architectural consistency across frontend, backend, device, and local components.
• Mentor development teams on technologies, design decisions, and best practices.
• Align global R&D teams for cohesive implementation and delivery.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs regarding performance and compliance.
• Prepare technical insights for stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluate modern technologies like WebAssembly and AI tools for efficiency.
