Job summary

This role involves developing and enhancing a global Booking & Payment platform that serves millions of users. The position requires a focus on creating reliable and scalable backend services and APIs while collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, specifically in backend systems.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical solutions in production environments.
• Experience in system architecture, including defining interfaces and coordinating with other teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs for a complex platform.
• Take ownership of technical solutions, analyzing requirements and proposing architectures.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and UI/UX teams on requirements and delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Mentor team members and facilitate clear technical communication.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in server-side Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of backend architectural principles and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Tools
