We are looking for a motivated and talented risk manager to join our team at the Group’s Headquarters in Copenhagen. The Governance, Framework and Reporting team within Group Non-Financial Risk Management is responsible for the governance of the Enterprise Risk Management Foundation in Saxo Bank Group such as Policy Management Process, Policy and Risk Framework development as well as Reporting and Management Information.  The team is the secretary for different risk committees within the Saxo Bank Group. Furthermore, the team is responsible for ESG Risk and is an important part of the CSRD processes.

Responsibilities

As a risk manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Group Risk & Capital Management as well as other areas across the organisation.

Your duties will involve / Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating data aggregation and analysis as well as regular reporting across Group Risk & Capital Management, including the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards and the ad-hoc analysis and presentation of key findings 
  • Coordinating regular non-financial risk data gathering, aggregation and analysis processes 
  • Preparing reporting for relevant governance bodies and committees, including the Operational Risk Committee, Management Risk & Compliance Committee, and Board Risk Committee 
  • Supporting the design, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the measurement framework for Non-Financial Risks, including key risk indicators 
  • Supporting the planning and managing of principal governance committees: the Management Risk & Compliance Committee and the Board Risk Committee. Developing annual schedules and agendas in consultation with senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating required deliverables and presentation materials

Furthermore, you will be tasked with:

  • Establishing and upholding best practice standards for governance committees
  • Assisting with the preparation and delivery of reports and materials from Group Risk & Capital Management to the Board of Directors

Your profile

You hold a graduate degree and bring relevant professional experience to the role, with a strong foundation in governance structures and committee management. Your structured and methodical approach ensures meticulous attention to detail, delivering high-quality results consistently, even when managing multiple deadlines under time constraints.

Technically, you are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You possess fundamental knowledge of reporting tools like PowerBI, data capture and storage models, and data queries (SQL), which are considered advantageous.

Your excellent stakeholder management skills foster positive cooperation, while you uphold key principles and requirements as needed. You thrive in an international, cross-cultural environment, engaging effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your strong communication skills facilitate successful interaction and collaboration across the organisation, and you are fluent in English.
