Copenhagen, Denmark
We are looking for a strong Product Designer with deep expertise in visual and interaction design for the open web to join our team in Copenhagen.
In this role, you will shape how prospective clients discover, understand and build trust in Saxo before they sign up. You will be responsible for translating UX direction, brand strategy and commercial objectives into high-quality, scalable website experiences across markets and languages.
The team
Day to day, you will be part of a cross-functional team focused on Saxo’s global marketing websites and acquisition journeys. You will work closely with an Experience Lead who owns UX direction, and with developers, CRO specialists, webmasters and marketing stakeholders.
At the same time, you will belong to a wider design team covering the full client journey across onboarding and product platforms. The design team supports craft development, shared design standards and long-term design system evolution.
The role
Own visual design and interaction execution across Saxo’s marketing websites, translating UX direction and commercial hypotheses into compelling interface solutions
Design landing pages, feature explainers, educational content and conversion flows that balance brand expression, clarity and performance
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and visual assets using Figma and relevant creative tools
Design variations for experimentation and A/B testing in collaboration with CRO and analytics teams
Explore responsive behaviour, motion principles, accessibility standards and performance-aware design approaches to improve user experience
Contribute to the evolution of Saxo’s web component library based on our overall Saxo design system, ensuring scalable and consistent UI patterns across markets
Help strengthen trust-building design patterns in a highly regulated financial domain
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and continuous optimisation
Your profile
5+ years of experience in product design, UI design or web design with strong focus on the open web
Excellent documented visual design craft, including typography, layout systems, hierarchy and composition
Strong interaction design skills, including micro-interactions, responsive behaviour and animation principles
Advanced Figma skills including prototyping and component-based design
Experience designing for conversion, behavioural clarity and trust-building user journeys
Comfortable working with experimentation frameworks and optimisation loops
Experience collaborating with marketing, brand, content, analytics and development teams
Ability to translate strategic direction into scalable interface patterns and compelling visual storytelling
Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale and trade-offs
A portfolio demonstrating high-quality web craft and measurable business impact
Experience from financial services, trading, fintech or other regulated industries is an advantage but not required.
What we offer
A key role shaping the first digital impression of a global financial brand used by millions
The opportunity to work at the intersection of design craft, technology and commercial impact
A collaborative environment with strong design leadership and cross-functional teams
