About the Job
Our Market Data and Exchange Relations team is seeking a driven, independent and ambitious professional to help manage our relationships with market data providers and exchanges. Based at Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup, you’ll work closely with passionate colleagues across a flat, global organization, engaging with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to ensure market data is licensed, entitled and maintained to high standards across our trading platforms and internal systems.
You’ll gain broad, hands‑on exposure to the full value chain of financial markets and multiple asset classes—including equities, futures, options and bonds—while playing a key role in the integrity, cost control and compliance of our market data ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Negotiate, renew and maintain market data and vendor contracts, ensuring licensing compliance.
Act as the first point of contact for data vendors and exchanges, leading external communications, incident follow‑ups and change requests.
Partner with billing, budget and reporting teams to reconcile invoices, track usage and costs, and support forecasts.
Maintain and analyse data usage and entitlement controls, auditing user access and classifications to ensure compliance.
Align data usage with internal stakeholders, capturing requirements and supporting projects.
Handle day‑to‑day queries efficiently, document resolutions and contribute to runbooks and knowledge bases.
Your Profile
A graduate degree and relevant experience, ideally within market data, vendor management or exchange licensing.
Diligence with strong attention to detail, a structured and process‑oriented approach, and a track record of ownership.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across commercial, operational and IT teams.
Proficiency with Excel and datasets, and the ability to communicate insights clearly via PowerPoint.
Curiosity about financial markets and motivation to build knowledge across asset classes and learn Saxo’s proprietary systems.
Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively in a cross‑cultural, international setting.
Last day for applying is 28th of February 2026.
