About the job

Join Saxo’s dynamic Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) organization and contribute to our global mission of combating financial crime. As part of our continuous improvement efforts, you will play a key role in ensuring the thorough implementation of Internal Audit and Compliance recommendations. This involves facilitating seamless communication across our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Lines of Defense, as well as tracking progress to ensure optimal results.

Our Financial Crime Prevention Program Management team is integrated within the 1st Line of Defense, located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are a small, international team that thrives on diversity, collaboration, and the drive for success. We invite a new colleague to be part of our journey, where adaptability and results are your roadmap to success.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of monitoring, following up with stakeholders and tracking progress on Internal Audit remarks and Compliance recommendations
  • Document organizational efforts through trackers, meeting minutes, and more to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Oversee established processes, with the opportunity to refine and enhance them based on your experience and expertise
  • Assist with project management tasks within the team as necessary, contributing to our collective goals. This includes but is not limited to developing and scheduling project plans, identifying stakeholders, tracking project performance and progress, identifying project risks, defining scope and deliverables and creating communication packages

Your profile

We seek a dedicated professional, who is eager to contribute meaningfully to our program, filled with talented and engaged colleagues. You should excel in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, have a strong drive for coordination, and possess a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate is proactive, with strong risk management experience, including follow-ups on audit remarks and compliance recommendations.

Experience in financial crime prevention within the financial sector is preferable, but similar experience in other regulated industries is also considered valuable.

Strong stakeholder management, personal impact and communication skills are crucial for maintaining effective collaboration across all organizational levels. Your ability to present and report to senior management, supported by proficiency in project management and business reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), will be fundamental to your success.

Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. A relevant educational background and/or practical experience in risk management will further enhance your candidacy. If you thrive on precision, enjoy engaging closely with stakeholders, and aim to deliver impactful results, this role offers the perfect platform for making a meaningful difference.

We conduct interviews continuously, so we encourage you to submit your application sooner rather than later.
