As part of this deeply held commitment, we are looking for a Content Strategist. 

Our content strategy is the connective fabric between Saxo and our retail investor customers, giving them a broad and deep understanding of the investing and trading landscape. As a Content Strategist at Saxo, you will be responsible for formulating our expert’s insights and analysis into compelling, customer-centric content, aligned with KPIs that seek to maximise engagement and activate clients. 

You will be able to move fluidly between the worlds of financial analysts, market economists and customer experience designers, to improve the content experience and effectiveness in equal measures.  Fundamental to your success will be forging strong relationships with key stakeholders and project managing the content strategy by establishing guiding principles, strategic pillars and ensuring practical implementation of both This is about creating compelling customer experiences delivered via a long-term marketing plan.

Responsibilities 

  • Create, improve and manage the content strategy; communicate deadlines with stakeholders involved in content creation, and ensure schedules stay on track 
  • Align client personas and build appropriate relevant content requirements tailored to our key markets 
  • Design and maintain a customer persona-led content strategy 
  • Coordinate production of in-house content globally using global and local strategists, sales teams and local journey owners 
  • Collaborate with leadership team to prioritize content towards target client personas that aligns with the commercial objectives 
  • Evangelize content across the Saxo offices; partner with the local offices and across client journeys, communicating our content strategy clearly, requesting and coordinating timely content inputs, managing publication expectations and closing the feedback loop 
  • Critically examine the value of the insight we are bringing to customers and to the business, using relevant data metrics, and evangelize our content standards, bringing customer centricity into focus 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization who come to content design from different angles—like PR, brand, legal, risk, and more—to facilitate progress and influence direction 
  • Champion the value of good shareable content among other teams 
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively 
  • Maintain and implement writing guidelines that are in line with our brand and voice 

 

Your Profile 

  • Experience in the area of investments and/or other financial instruments – with a solid understanding of financial markets; you enjoy staying up to date with macro, asset class, sector and geographical trends 
  • Show a clear curiosity for content performance; demonstrate actions that optimize and continuously improve the content experience 
  • You understand consumer needs, and can translate them into principles that deliver enagaing and actionable content across different client personas 
  • You have a journalistic mindset and are interrogative, confident, and creative 
  • You are exceptionally organized, able to collaborate and communicate effectively, and can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders 
  • Collaboration: you can create comprehensive briefs to enable subject matter experts and designers to contribute to content creation; you can work with stakeholders from design,
