Business Analyst with client focus – Cash & Position Transfer Strategy

About the Team

Join our newly formed Cash & Position Transfer Strategy team at our headquarters in Copenhagen. The team will consist of four specialists reporting directly to the Head of Liquidity & Transfers.

The team’s scope covers the transfer domain, including payments, asset transfers, and funding movements. We are responsible for driving targeted improvements in the cash and position transfer space by translating client feedback, regulatory changes, and operational insights into concrete actions.

In addition, the team provides structured backup support to payment operations in India, helping ensure stability, quality, and continuous improvement across locations.

The Role

We are seeking a strong profile who will play a key role in improving client experience within cash and position transfers. The role sits between specialist and senior specialist level and is suited for someone who combines solid payments knowledge with the ability to turn client feedback and data into practical improvements.

You will work hands‑on with processes and stakeholders while contributing to the broader development of the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client experience improvements by analysing client feedback and identifying opportunities for better processes and communication
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of client interaction models within payments, asset, and funding transfers
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Liquidity & Transfers and team members on shaping priorities and improvement initiatives
• Support and advise payment operations, helping improve execution quality, documentation, and client communication
• Use data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies within transfer flows

Your Profile

You have experience working with payments or transfer-related processes and are comfortable engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders. You are motivated by improvement work and enjoy operating in the space between operations and strategy.

We expect you to bring:

• Experience within payments, asset transfers, funding, or related financial services operations
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate client input into tangible process improvements
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge and best practices
• Fluency in English
• Ability to extract and analyse data using SQL, Python, or similar tools
