We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and dedicated Associate Project Manager to join the SLA management team in CTO Department at our Headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark.

You will be interacting and collaborating with colleagues across the globe growing your capabilities in trading and financial markets working in an international environment. This provides the perfect opportunity to gain direct hands-on experience of the dynamics of a multi-asset investment bank.

The SLA management team is involved in managing outsourcing agreements with other global entities of Saxo, Information technology projects to support CTO Department and various Regulatory projects on requirements coming from various regulators across the Globe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Help with administrative, co-ordinating, tracking, reporting aspects of one or more projects that are running in the department, allowing opportunities to gain exposure and understanding of Project Management methodologies and processes in a professional environment

• Assist Senior Project Manager to ensure with project requirements, scope, co-ordinating, risk management, quality assurance, and project status and health

• Provide an active role and use critical judgment in the development of all project deliverables

• Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation as assigned

• Assist with reporting on the project status and health

• Assist Senior Project Manager with identifying, managing, and resolving project risks and issues

• Proactively communicate with sponsors, team, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project as directed by the Senior Project Manager

Your Profile:

• A junior or graduate student currently enrolled or just about to finish their program with a focus on project management or management in technology

• A strong interest in Project Management as a career is preferred

• Prior work experience in coordinating or managing projects is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, communicate in ways that foster trust and show flexibility

• Team spirit and the ability to work with a group of diverse people, provide recognition and reward

• Fluency in English is required both verbal and written
