Senior Manager, Talent and HR Strategy
Travel: Up to 25% domestically

Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Talent and HR Strategy will oversee the implementation of key HR initiatives that drive the organization's talent strategy. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, project management expertise, and deep HR knowledge to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance HR processes, improve employee engagement, and support talent development across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of complex HR talent projects, from initiation and planning through delivery and post-implementation review. Manage project scope, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior business leaders and HR staff to translate business needs into actionable talent initiatives including succession planning, key leadership development, recognition and rewards, and talent management. Ensure a coordinated approach to HR solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR talent processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data and HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-in-position, employee satisfaction) to track project progress, evaluate effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management and communication strategies to support adoption of HR programs and policies across the organization. Work closely with local HR staff at each site as needed to ensure successful rollout of HR campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensure all talent projects and new HR procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Functional Development: Serve as a trusted resource to HR staff, function as backup to the Senior Director, and develop and champion innovative solutions to help resolve HR issues.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Broad HR experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive human resources experience, at least 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in a complex or matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Experience using HR management software (Workday preferred) and project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to drive results.
