Your future team:

As a student assistant in the Group Legal & Compliance team, which is a part of Group Finance, you will be working at our international ROCKWOOL Headquarter in Hedehusene. Group Legal & Compliance is responsible for legal matters, here amongst contracting, IP, insurance and various compliance areas. It is not necessary to be studying law; skills in Business Administration and Digital Management are an advantage.
 

What you will be doing:

As our student assistant, you will, after proper introduction to our toolbox, be involved in various everyday tasks and ongoing projects, including:

  • Implementing a contract handling system for all Group subsidiaries, including advertising for the system internally, assessing and building local structures, and exploring and challenging potential uses of the tool. Conduct training on the use of the contract tool, including its interface, and provide daily support.
  • 10-15% of daily tasks will be administrative, such as trips to various embassies, UM, and the notary in Roskilde, maintaining SharePoint sites for the department, and managing canteen bookings.

What you bring:

We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate preferably on your Bachelor or in the beginning of your Master’s degree with a primary focus on software implementation, as main focus will be on the contracting tool.

You thrive with personal development and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You are curious and have a strong team spirit as well as:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Talented in IT implementation.
  • Able to handle different priorities at the same time and meet deadlines.
     

The position is planned for 15-20 hours/week, with the possibility of more in busy periods, and will be flexible around your studies and exam schedules.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
