Your future team:

You will become part of the RockONE team. The team consists of 5 team members and they describe themselves as bringing the future as ONE. The team is a part of a bigger programme that will lead the business transformation across business processes, systems and data initiatives. You’ll be working closely with colleagues across disciplines, regions, and business units to deliver strategic initiatives in a multicultural environment.

What you will be doing:

As a Programme Delivery Lead you will be responsible for driving coordinated execution across multiple projects and workstreams. The role ensures that delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, decision and reporting are aligned, enabling transparent governance and timely, high-quality delivery of outcomes.


In this role you will:

Cross-Project Planning & Delivery

  • Owns and maintains the integrated cross-project delivery plan, including key milestones and dependencies.
  • Defines and safeguards a consistent delivery rhythm (ceremonies, cadences, checkpoints) across projects.

Execution Coordination

  • Coordinates the day-to-day execution activities across project managers and PMO functions.
  • Facilitates alignment between streams to ensure scope, timelines, and resources are coordinated.

Dependency & Issue Management

  • Identifies, tracks, and manages cross-project dependencies and integrations.
  • Proactively removes or escalates delivery blockers to keep projects on track.

Reporting & Governance

  • Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely reporting across all delivery streams (status, milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues).
  • Prepares input for steering committees and governance forums, providing a clear overview of overall delivery health.

Risk Management

  • Owns operational risk management processes across the project portfolio.
  • Maintains cross-project risk alignment and ensures risks are consistently documented and updated.
  • Supports project managers in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.

Escalation & Recovery

  • Escalates critical issues and risks with clear, structured recovery and mitigation recommendations.
  • Coordinates follow-up on decisions and actions arising from escalations.

What you bring:

To be successful in the role, we envision you have,

  • Several years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Program Management roles.

  • Proven track record coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex environment.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

  • Experience with risk, dependency, and issue management across multiple streams.

  • Excellent leadership

  • Strong interpersonal relationship building

  • Strong Risk management skills

  • Team player attitude

  • Solid Business Acumen

  • Sharp presentation skills

  • Ability to mediate and ensure collaboration

  • Willing to work according to and be advocating ROCKWOOL Leadership Principles and ROCKWOOL values.
