Your future team: 

You will join the Nordic Marketing team and work at the intersection of Sales, MarCom, Business Development, and Supply Chain across the Nordic region.

About the role:  

This is a newly established, high-impact role where you will shape how we drive sales performance across the Nordics. Positioned at the core of our digital sales transformation, you will play a key role in accelerating growth, strengthening execution, and aligning how we operate across Sales and Marketing. 

 

As Commercial Excellence Manager, you will optimize our end-to-end commercial engine – from lead generation to deal execution. You will partner with sales teams across our four Nordic markets to improve lead conversion and qualification, strengthen pipeline quality, and champion a data-driven, customer-centric approach 

 

You will define and implement ways of working, establish clear standards, and lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in sales performance. 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead sales enablement initiatives to strengthen sales and commercial performance across the Nordic markets 

  • Define and implement standards for pipeline & opportunity management, data quality, and forecasting discipline 

  • Drive adoption of CRM and CPQ as core tools for commercial execution as the Nordic super-user ensuring continuous optimization and business value 

  • Translate customer and market insights into concrete, scalable initiatives such as playbooks, customer segmentation frameworks, and sales enablement programs 

  • Drive training and development across sales and marketing teams in the Nordics to build and strengthen digital sales capabilities 

  • Strengthening pipeline quality, opportunity progression, and win rates 

  • Support sales and marketing leadership with data-driven insights for pipeline reviews and decision-making 

 

What you bring: 

You combine strong commercial understanding with analytical sharpness and a drive to create tangible impact: 

  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally within specification sales or complex environments  

  • Experience with sales operations, sales reporting and opportunity management 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, digital sales tools and power BI 

  • Experience from commercial excellence, sales enablement, or similar roles  

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable insights  

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders  

  • Experience driving change and implementing new ways of working  

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  

  • A structured, proactive, and execution-focused mindset  

  • Project management experience and the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end 

  • Proficiency/fluency in Danish, English, and one of the Scandinavian languages
