Within this role you represent Rockwool-TI and are a main point of contact for our customer base primarily in Finland and Denmark and you make sure customer needs and expectations are taken care of in the best possible way, always with the best interest of the customer in mind. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support. This entails promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction.
