We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (BIM) to drive our OpenBIM strategy, define a clear product roadmap, and deliver practical, user‑focused BIM solutions across the construction lifecycle.
Join us to help turn BIM into everyday value for designers, builders, and operators worldwide.
Define and evolve the BIM & Digital Twin vision, translating it into a clear, value-led product strategy.
Drive alignment around OpenBIM-first principles and ensure interoperability through open standards (e.g., IFC, BCF, IDS).
Champion lifecycle data continuity, helping teams think beyond design to construction, handover, and operations.
Identify and prioritize high-impact, user-validated use cases that enrich the Digital Twin incrementally.
Collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to guide iterative delivery aligned with our vision.
Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to validate direction and learn continuously.
Communicate strategy, context, and progress with clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in BIM-centric domains (e.g., CDE, model coordination, 4D/5D planning, or digital twins).
Strong grasp of BIM standards (IFC, BCF, IDS, ISO 19650) and experience working with OpenBIM principles.
Ability to turn complex, fragmented technical landscapes into coherent product narratives and roadmaps.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product initiatives and managing stakeholders across geographies.
User-first mindset and strong discovery skills; experienced in translating real-world problems into product opportunities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with construction workflows and the needs of field professionals is a strong plus.
