Job Title: Marketing Director, Europe & South America

Location: London, UK ; Copenhagen, Denmark ; Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

The job

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Regional Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing efforts across Europe and South America.

This role requires a strong operator — someone who combines strategic thinking with execution, takes ownership, and drives measurable business impact.

You will be responsible for generating pipeline, supporting revenue growth, and leading a regional marketing team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams to activate strategy locally, unblock challenges, and ensure marketing is delivering against clear commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Direction

  • Define and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned to global priorities and commercial objectives
  • Set clear direction, priorities, and focus across multiple markets with varying maturity levels
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team, driving accountability and performance
  • Operate as a decisive leader, making trade-offs and ensuring focus on highest-impact initiatives

Pipeline & Revenue Impact

  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue contribution in close partnership with Sales
  • Ensure strong alignment with Sales leadership, with shared accountability for results
  • Focus marketing efforts on conversion, growth, and measurable business outcomes
  • Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and marketing ROI

Execution & Delivery

  • Act as a hands-on leader, stepping in to unblock teams and ensure delivery when needed
  • Drive execution of campaigns, programmes, and initiatives across the region
  • Ensure marketing activity is focused, prioritised, and delivering results
  • Operate effectively in a resource-constrained, evolving environment

Global & Regional Alignment (Matrix Leadership)

  • Work closely with global marketing teams (brand, digital, content) to activate initiatives locally
  • Ensure consistency with global strategy while adapting to regional market needs
  • Influence stakeholders across functions and geographies without formal authority

Market & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with regional Sales leaders and key stakeholders
  • Confidently challenge and influence senior stakeholders when required
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine regional strategy
  • Support partner and ecosystem marketing initiatives to expand reach and impact

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Marketing Managers and Specialists across Europe & South America
  • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance

Essential requirements

  • Proven experience in a regional marketing leadership role within B2B SaaS, software, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and commercial outcomes through marketing
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams across multiple markets
  • Track record of execution and delivery, with measurable business impact
  • Experience operating in a matrix organisation with global and regional stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Evidence of commitment and ownership, with a consistent track record of delivering results
