Nike Visual Merchandiser

Are you Ready?

As a Visual Merchandiser (VM), you are responsible for creating visually compelling displays that enhance the store’s aesthetic and attract customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the entire store team.

You will combine visual strategy with commercial awareness to build store setups that reflect the brand’s identity and core values while driving sales and customer engagement. Following company guidelines is essential to ensure consistency and excellence across all visual merchandising initiatives.

Your Responsibilities as Visual Merchandiser

Customer Service & Operational Support

• Deliver customer service excellence to build a loyal base of repeat shoppers.
• Support transactions, complaint handling, and returns.
• Contribute to achieving the store’s performance targets and individual KPIs.
• Participate in regular training to continuously develop your skills.
• Support operations for loss prevention and stock management.
• Utilize business systems and latest technology proficiently.
• Ensure all procedures are executed and policies followed consistently.
  

Visual Merchandising

• Implement all VM displays in accordance with Nike Brand and Retailer standards (visual toolkit) and guidelines.
• Maintain sales floor standards, including replenishment, folding, and size runs.
• Conduct VM audits and proactively share opportunities for improvement with the management team.
• Support VM management in maintaining VM equipment (signage, shelves, hangers, size beads, etc.).
• Successfully execute new initiatives, floor sets, and mannequin changes.
• Work closely with the BOH team to ensure timely completion of load-ins.
• Ensure ongoing care and maintenance of displays and merchandise.
• Proactively share ideas and opportunities with VM management for visual strategies and current trends.

Compliance & Standards

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain proficiency with business systems and latest technology.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment, team spirit and good communication skills.
• Passion and good knowledge of the Nike brand.

• If you do not hold the nationality of an EU member state, you must be in possession of a valid work permit.
