Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer/Developer
• Strong knowledge of Javascript ES6
• Proficiency in React
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library or Enzyme
• Ability to transform abstract concepts into functional software
• Experience in developing scalable web applications with a focus on performance and API design
• Experience in leading large front-end application projects
• Attention to detail for creating accessible user experiences
• Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead development on major projects and collaborate on cross-team initiatives
• Engage in product discussions, providing insights and suggestions for improvements
• Maintain a solid understanding of the team’s domain from both product and engineering perspectives
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to the shared codebase and troubleshoot technical issues
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them in their development
• Propose and implement improvements to the platform
• Design interfaces with a focus on performance, accessibility, and API integration
• Innovate workflows to enhance engineering processes and outcomes
