In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a (Senior) Solution Consultant to join our Global Manufacturing (MFG) Professional Services team, strengthening our manufacturing solution capabilities as we scale our customer and partner footprint globally.

You will work with experienced Manufacturing consultants across regions, acting as a trusted advisor in manufacturing implementations and as a connector between regional delivery teams and central solution development.

You will work with…

• The global Manufacturing (MFG) Professional Services team
• Regional implementation teams delivering manufacturing solutions
• Central functions developing and scaling RELEX manufacturing capabilities
• Customers and partners in Manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods environments

You will support…

• End-to-end manufacturing implementations by advising on solution design and configuration
• Regional teams and partners by sharing best practices and upskilling capabilities in the manufacturing domain
• The development of scalable, repeatable manufacturing solution approaches across RELEX

You will contribute to…

• Designing and configuring manufacturing solutions on the RELEX Plan platform
• Translating complex customer requirements into robust solution specifications, balancing current needs with future scalability
• Continuous improvement of manufacturing solution capabilities, processes, and ways of working across regions
• Since this is a global role, availability to travel internationally is expected.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Excellent knowledge of the RELEX Plan platform, including business rules, database, workspace, and the ability to configure new solutions using these components
• Strong ability and motivation to learn new concepts quickly and put learnings into effective use
• Proven capability to translate customer requirements into solution specifications, considering current and future functionalities, processes, and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and how supply chain planning fits within them
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Comfortable using AI in your everyday work and contributing to the development of AI tools as part of broader organizational strategies
