Job summary

This role involves providing professional nursing care to patients in an inpatient or community service facility, with a focus on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and treatment by assessing patient needs and formulating nursing diagnoses.
• Supervise and evaluate the activities of Licensed Practical Nurses and other support staff.
• Participate in the intake process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide medical therapies, health care instructions, and counseling to clients and families.
• Document patient interactions in accordance with agency policies.
• Monitor and communicate the health status of patients to the care team.
