Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the intake process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide medical therapies, health care instructions, and counseling to clients and families.
  • Document patient interactions in accordance with agency policies.
  • Monitor and communicate the health status of patients to the care team.

Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of current nursing practices and methods.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and team members.
  • Ability to apply the nursing process effectively in patient care.

Education

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
