Raw Power Mobile is a mobile games developer dedicated to creating amazing games while fostering a remarkable work culture. The company is fully funded to develop and release the first game in 2026 with an expected size of 20+ employees, the majority of these being industry veterans.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and curious Art Intern to join our game development team. This internship is aimed at students with a basic foundation in 3D art who are eager to develop their skills within a real-world game art pipeline. During the internship, you will contribute to the ongoing production and support the art team with tasks such as 3D asset creation and developing environment assets based on 2D planes.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of Blender and Unity

  • Familiarity with 3D asset creation workflows

  • The ability to follow technical requirements and artistic guidelines

  • An interest in learning about production workflows, optimization, and collaboration across disciplines

  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work

What's In It For You

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional game development environment. By the end of the internship, you can expect to:

  • Gain practical experience working within a professional game art pipeline

  • Learn asset optimization and integration for use in Unity

  • Develop an understanding of production workflows, collaboration, and cross-disciplinary communication

  • Receive structured guidance and feedback throughout the internship

  • Complete a formal evaluation assessment at the end of the internship

Practicalities
  • Duration: Minimum 3 months, maximum 4 months

  • Working hours: 25–37.5 hours per week, as agreed

  • Internship periods: Spring or fall as agreed

  • Location: Working onsite in our office in Copenhagen, primarily

  • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship intended as part of a formal education program. We expect interns to be enrolled as students and to receive financial support through their studies (e.g. SU in Denmark or equivalent student grants in other countries).

  • Portfolio use: Interns may include released work in their portfolio under agreed conditions. All internal materials are confidentia
