We are looking for Team Manager in Copenhagen!
Why do we need you?
To continue our journey of creativity, innovation, and setting best practice, we are seeking a Team Manager with a proven experience in larger organizations delivering architectural services, to join the department covering our international projects in our Copenhagen studio.

Contribute to leading a team of innovative and high-qualified designers/architects with a focus on developing large-scale complex international projects.

What will you be doing?
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Managing a large team of employees and projects (resource planning, project & financial follow ups with PM´s, administrative tasks, recruiting).
• Becoming a role model for Henning Larsen DNA, methodologies, work culture and EDI agenda.
• Employee development and project sparring.
• Support across markets to ensure professional tenders, contracts and business in general.

What are we looking for?
As our new team manager we anticipate that you have:

• Master’s degree in architecture or similar
• Min 10 years of professional experience working on projects and with clients
• Solid experience with project management and leadership
• Acts as a leader demonstrating strong understanding of the business of an architecture practice
• Experience working globally and running project teams across geographies
• Can motivate, empower and engage employees and leaders
