You will join our Group Business Transformation department
As our newest team member, you will be part of an international and young team that forms the basis of Group Business Transformation. We work on strategic transformation projects that are top of mind for Ramboll’s Group Executive Board. The team consists of people from various educational and professional backgrounds. Common trait is that we all have problem-solving at heart and are building on our experience and learnings from in-house functions or the wider consulting industry.
We launched our strategy, The Partner for Sustainable Change, in 2022 where we set out an ambition to become a global leader within Decarbonisation for Net Zero, Resilient Societies and Liveability, Resource Management and Circular Economy, and Biodiversity and Ecosystems.
In Group Business Transformation, we take ownership of driving the strategy implementation and strategic projects related to the overall group strategy in all of which you will play a central role.

Your new team & international opportunities
You will be part of Group Business Transformation, which is anchored in Ramboll’s Executive Office Function. We are responsible for key strategic priorities such as organisational redesign, internal transformations, strategy development and implementation, investments, business development (organic and M&A-driven), executive agenda support and priority ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind of the Executive Management of the Group. The Group Business Transformation team currently consists of 18 high-performing individuals well-balanced across project management, change management and process excellence capabilities.
