Your new role
As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of an international team that forms the basis of the Executive Office, with responsibility for key strategic priorities such as strategy development, operational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, annual business planning, executive agenda support and ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind for Ramboll’s Group Executive Board.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking
  • Preparing convincing and professional presentations
  • Supporting the development of business cases and financial projections
  • Preparing and facilitating meetings and workshops, as well as tracking project plans and milestones to ensure timely delivery

About you
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Have 1-3 years remaining of your degree programme and a desire to learn and develop in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is not required)
  • International or relevant experience from an internship or other student position is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Comfortable working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Collaborative skills and a willingness to deliver together as a team
  • You can work appropriately 15-20 hours per week on average
